Today was truly magical for so many McDougle students! Our halls were beautifully decorated, music filled the air, and excitement was everywhere as Cycle Houston arrived to surprise our 2nd graders who reached their reading goals with brand new bikes and helmets!
The smiles were priceless as students tested out their bikes in the cafeteria, then rode through the hallways and straight into the arms of their proud parents waiting at the front entrance. What a memory to last a lifetime!
A huge shoutout to our amazing faculty, staff, and volunteers who always show up with smiles and hearts ready to serve. You made this day even more special for our kids! 💙

A long-held magical tradition of The Polar Express — the tracks, the bells, the story… and all of us wrapped in cozy pajamas. Our kindergarteners were wide-eyed with wonder, and everyone was captivated by the story as the magic unfolded.
